Full Installation Download Files

PartnerPak Studio

Full Install: Full installation is used to install PartnerPak Studio on a new computer.


These files will allow you to add this program to a new computer. The install of Microsoft SQL version 2014 is automated along with the install of the SQL compact edtion. If you have problems with any of these files, contact Support at the DeMichele Group by calling 480 985-4926 or emailing info@demichelegroup.com.

How to use the .Zip files:
  1. Save the appropriate file
  2. Extract all files to a folder for installation.
  3. Run Setup.exe to install the program onto your computer.

Option 1 Update

This update will erase all data and projects in the program and upgrade the software from any version 5 to the latest version. ALL DATA WILL BE LOST! To use this update, download the update. Extract the files, then run update.exe to install.

Image Updates

Image Update Option: These updates will add or update image files to new image and cad files for the Kawneer catalog.


How to use the .Zip files:
  1. Save the appropriate file.
  2. Extract all files to the folder.
  3. Run Update.exe to install the details and images onto your computer.
  4. Repeat for each catalog that you wish to update images for.

  7. Added checks to alert user if any there is any missing information before optimizing misc. metal and glass.
  8. If a CMP or pricing change is made on the stock length bid summary the same change will be made to the cut metal bid summary.
  9. Corrected some fabrication locations parts in metal systems with vertical undercut rules.
  10. Corrected the add to angle cut not applying to covers and pressure plates on metal fabrication.
  11. Corrected issues creating assemblies and cut rules not holding or changing.
  12. Added the ability to drop the sill member back down to the bottom if previously raised.
  13. Updated pricing in database.
  14. Added new A10 Price Section.

Changes in version 5.0.0.90

  1. Corrected editing number thus in the graphic editor not saving the change.
  2. Corrected an issue in the General Elevation Bid Summary causing duplicate frame lists and weird pricing on the report. Actual bid pricing was not affected and was correct.
  3. Added the option to archive multiple projects and then later restore a project if needed. You can also still permanently delete a project. If your using the network version of the software, you need to contact DeMichele Group to setup this feature on your network.
  4. Fixed it so that 0 can't be used for number thus
  5. Add a Fab Library to create custom fabrications to be pulled up in the fab operations screen by the user.
  6. Added the check to make sure a valid project name is being used during the alt bid.
  7. Under the Parameters section of the program we add an option to print a report of catalog parts or metal groups.
  8. In the Frame Items screen above the list of frames there is a new button "Change Multiple Settings" that allows you to change all of the frames settings at one time without pulling a frame up one at time.
  9. Corrected the Rack Schedules for glass labor to recognize any new line items that are added.
  10. Added the caulking and backer rod options to the graphics design screen so that those options can be changed per frame if needed.
  11. Corrected the vents to draw correctly if a fame is reflected.
  12. Corrected setting splices on an elevation to allow for one plice to have a gap and then another splice on the same frame to have no gap.
  13. Corrected the ability to use edit door when a frame only is inserted.
  14. Corrected added parts to show up on a copied project.
  15. Increased the limit of pieces that could be cut out of a stock sheet for the glass optimization.
  16. Corrected fabrication on head and sill channels if the part used was an assembly.
  17. Each update also includes any pricing or design changes to parts and groups for all vendors that have been brought to our attention.
  18. When sorting or filtering the project list the program will now remember those settings every time you come back to the project list.
  19. Multiple changes to the Metal Fabrication screen:
    • Added the option to change the machine direction before importing a project.
    • Added a color guide to explain what information is missing or needs to be addressed.
    • Added the Bevel/Miter angle settings for output to one of our Rhino Fab Saws.
    • Added a Split Stick button to allow an item to be split into 2 different cut pieces.
    • The function keys F2, F3, F5 and F6 are now available on this screen.
    • Corrected the program from creating blank list if the New button is click and no Name is entered.
    • In the fab operations you can recall a fab from the Fab Library
    • The elevation drawing will not be in its shaded color that was preventing from seeing the stick ids on dark colored frames.
    • The filler ids now match the main stick ids of the part they are attached to.
    • Corrected the numbers on the screen when using metric.
    • Corrected an error in the Glass PO if a new line item is added.
    • Increased the speed of running Bid Recaps, POs, and Proposals for users with a very large amount of projects on the system.
    • If you renamed the labor zones we corrected the update process from renaming them back to the original names.

Changes in version 5.0.0.88

  1. Corrected a pinning and unpinning issue of the main menu on left side of the program.
  2. Corrected the fab orientation when a male vertical and female vertical part are switched.
  3. Corrected fabrication errors when choosing the design stile of "all horizontals penetrate all verticals"
  4. Corrected markup tax from showing up on the labor bid summary.
  5. Correnced missing hardware on A4 doors if standard locking hardware items are added.
  6. Corrected some hardware parts and quantities on ir500, 501, 501UT and 1620 metal systems.
  7. Corrected the use of a Pair of doors with inframe not selecting the proper door frame material
  8. Moved vinyl pieces on the BOM to the vinyl section.
  9. Corrected the metric values of part lengths on the BOM, Part lists, and Project material summary reports.
  10. Updated pricing for October 2015 price changes.
  11. Corrected frame dimensions when using a Jamb Channel.
  12. Corrected the Freq. Use Rule "Per Door Jamb Companion" to calculate correctly.

  14. Corrected an issue on the pop-screens, when hovering over a stick, to show the correct length as compared to the details on the right of the design editor when a stick is clicked on.
  15. Improved the overall time during an update when merging parts and groups.

  1. Redesign of the Fab Operations screen
    • Added detail images for more explanation of entering information.
    • Added detailed information about the part you have selected.
    • Added error checking for missing information required to correctly process the fabs.
    • Added an option to rout a pattern based on a DXF file. (Contact DeMichele Group for further details on this feature)
  2. Corrected a dimension issue when using Metric.
  3. Corrected an issue with importing frames from one project to another.
  4. Added the option to skip combining sticks from all frames in a project during fabrication for the purpose of having the frameset and frame labeled on each stick.
  5. Added the ability to optimize multiply stock sizes if they are setup on the part in catalog parts.
  6. Corrected an error on certain types of logo files for the reports.
  7. Added an option to quickly add manual fabs on the fab operation screen form the END or by OC of the part selected.
  8. Corrected the AutoCad 2016 error when generating a cad shop drawing.
  9. Under the Metal Fabrication option we are no labeling Face Members, Pressure Plates, etc. with "FC", "PP", etc. and starting the numbering at 1 to match it mating member. This allows for large numbering of parts for large projects.
  10. Added the option on "Cut Stick" with choosing "X,Y Location" to input the X and or Y location in an input box.
  11. Corrected frame dimensions when using a Jamb Channel.
  12. Corrected the Freq. Use Rule "Per Door Jamb Companion" to calculate correctly.
  13. Corrected errors when using the option "Import DXF Frames".

PartnerPak Studio

The information below is a guide to what you would need to use the PartnerPak software. These are recommendations and we do not imply any warranty or guarantee that purchasing the below specifications will meet your requirements, just that it will be able to run our application. If you use programs like AutoCAD and other software that is resource intense, the minimums might not be sufficient, so evaluate your needs and then purchase what you need to cover all applications and programs you are running.

*** MAC OS with emulator must meet the other requirements to be compatible. Driver under windows in the Emulator must be direct x 9 compliant and the system memory and other options must be at the minimum or better.
