Always save file before running. Files are too large to run from website.
Option 1 overwrites Databases with clean installation versions. Projects and stored data will be lost.
Option 2 is the Recommended Update because it merges changes with current databases. Option 2 will update from version 4.0 to 4.0.5.
Option 3 updates from version 3.0.5, 3.0.6 to the 4.0.5.
