Brian Hefner

President

Brian has been with the company for more than 30 years and has dedicated himself to creating quality products at the DeMichele Group.

Lisa Hefner

Chief Operating Officer

Lisa is our Chief Operating Officer and is the daughter of our founder Dr. Don W.  DeMichele Ph. D. She has created a family atmosphere for the employees at the DeMichele Group.

Rob Napodano

Chief Financial Officer

Rob is our Chief Financial Officer for the  DeMichele Group. He has been with the company for over 25 years.

Michael Hefner

General Manager

Mike is our General Manager for the DeMichele Group. He has been with the company for over 10 years. He has moved up through various positions and is knowledgeable about all aspects of the buisness.
